Mentorsex Shop is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. The name "Mentorsex Shop" does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package or on your credit card statement. We happily ship to PO boxes as well.

Damaged Goods or Packaging

When the box arrives, you have to evaluate each item to see whether there is any damage. If you see that the product box is damaged, take a photo or video to file a claim with the shipping carrier. If the toy is damaged during shipping, we may require your assistance in filing a claim with the shipping company. If you find any damage or missing parts of the toy, please contact us in 3 days by sending pictures or videos to info@mentorsex.com and we will find the best solution for you ASAP.

Order Cancellation & Return

Due to the intimate nature of the products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for ANY products, unless defective. This is for health and sanitary reasons.
