This set is really great. I like the versatility of being able to change the different weights and the option to start with just one and work your way up. This makes it great for beginners and advanced users alike. Always remember to use some kind of lubrication with these; if they are dry, they will make you sore inside, and nobody likes that!

The weighted balls are plastic inside and covered in pink and blue silky soft silicone. The sleeves are also made from soft white silicone, which also feels very nice. There is no odor or taste to them at all, which is always nice. I have been able to wear them for hours, and there is no discomfort. They are also Hypo-Allergenic, Latex-free, Phthalate-free, and NON-porous.

The overall design is great. These Kegel balls are easy to insert and remove (and even pleasurable!!) I like that the balls come in different sizes and weights. There are 2 different sleeves so you can choose between one or two balls at a time. They have worked very well so far; I wear them daily while doing chores around the house and working out. I have noticed a difference in the intensity of my orgasms, and my husband has noticed a difference in how tight I am now. This set is a great fit for all types of users. They are also easy to travel with; they come with a cute little black net bag that makes it easy to pack - also, the box it comes in is very good quality.

The best thing about this set is the variety of options, of course. Also, the silicone is very soft and makes it very comfortable so I can leave them in for hours without discomfort. Cleaning is quick and easy; you can just take the balls from the sleeves and clean with toy cleaner or soap and water (they are even Dishwasher safe). You can store them in the box they came in - it is nice and sturdy. There is a foam insert that holds everything in place. There is also a cute little black net baggie to keep them in so you can use either. I choose to keep the ones that I don't use as much in the box, and the ones I use regularly in the baggie in my nightstand. You should only use water-based lubes with this set since it is all made from silicone.

The Kegel Trainer Set comes in a nice, sturdy box with a colorful printed thick paper sleeve and a small number of details on it. When you pull the sleeve off the box and open it, there is a nice piece of black foam inside with cutouts for everything to set nicely into; it's perfect for storage. There is also a little black net baggie to store the items in if you so choose. This would be a great gift box, maybe some wrapping paper for the element of surprise. There are no instructions that come with this set at all, which is a downfall. However, I did get a nice email about how to use it, which was very helpful, on a positive note, no wasted paper from the instruction booklet.

This set is great; I have been using it daily ever since it arrived. I started with the largest ball, which is the lightest in the sleeve with one hole and then worked my way to two large balls with the second sleeve with the two holes. Then I worked my way up to the heavier, smaller balls, and I can totally tell the difference during sex and masturbation - so can my hubby. Stronger pelvic floor muscles are always a good thing!
